Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original organic cotton tags attached back into the original biodegradable packaging to minimize waste.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
